Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic direction and academic leadership for the School of Law Enforcement
• Lead curriculum development, program accreditation, and quality assurance processes
• Oversee teaching, research, and student development activities
• Build and strengthen industry and government partnerships
• Mentor academic staff and foster a culture of excellence and innovation
• Manage budgetary and administrative functions in alignment with university policies
