IT Support Specialist – Lenovo

Join our team to deliver

frontline IT support

and assist with

enterprise database operations

  • . You'll support employees with hardware / software issues, maintain systems, and help manage

Oracle, MySQL, Milvus, and Elasticsearch

databases (monitoring, backup / restore, patching, and permissions).

What you'll do

  • Provide IT support (Windows / macOS / mobile devices)
  • Maintain servers, assets & IT compliance
  • Support database operations with scripting (Shell / Python)
  • Contribute to automation & knowledge base

    • What we're looking for

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • OS & network fundamentals (Windows / macOS, TCP / IP)
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle / MySQL / Milvus / Elasticsearch
  • Experience in backup & recovery
  • Mandarin fluency, ITIL, scripting, or database certifications a plus
  • Strong experience in Kubernetes Docker container

    • Key Responsibilities

    1. User Support

  • Resolve employee endpoint issues per SOPs (hardware failures / software installation / account access)
  • Deploy and configure office equipment (Windows / macOS / mobile devices)
  • Respond to service desk tickets within 20 minutes (initial response)

    • 2. System Maintenance

  • Perform basic server health checks (CPU / memory / disk space)
  • Assist in patch deployment and backup operations (following change management processes)
  • Maintain IT asset database (devices / licenses / IP addresses)

    • 3. Process Execution

  • Document and escalate incidents per established procedures
  • Update knowledge base articles (FAQs / solution repository)
  • Execute security compliance tasks (password policy enforcement / antivirus scans)

    • 4. Database Operations Support (Oracle / MySQL / Milvus / Elasticsearch)

  • Independently operate and maintain Oracle, MySQL, Milvus, and Elasticsearch clusters, including advanced monitoring, patching, backup / restore, migration and user permission management.
  • Help maintain and develop automation scripts related to these database operational tasks (Shell, Python)
  • Implement and enforce database security policies, perform user permission audits, and ensure compliance with corporate standards
  • Participate in the compilation of database questionnaires and other related materials(FAQ)
