Job Responsibilities :
Electrical Electronics Engineer
- Collaborate on the design and review of server motherboard schematics and PCB layouts
- Participate in component selection, qualification, and evaluation for server hardware.
- Involve in system bring-up, debug, and troubleshooting of electrical issues from prototype to production.
- Develop and execute validation plans, analyzing results and driving issue resolution.
- Support power integrity (PI) and signal integrity (SI) analysis and validation.
- Work with firmware and system validation teams to ensure seamless hardware-software
integration.
Contribute to failure analysis and root cause identification.Mechanical Engineer
Design mechanical components and assemblies for server systemsCreate 3D models and 2D detailed drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo,AutoCAD).
Perform tolerance analysis, structural analysis (FEA), and design for manufacturability and assembly.Collaborate with other member of design team to integrate mechanical solutions effectively.Participate in material selection and evaluation for mechanical components.Build and test prototypes, conduct mechanical validation and drive issue resolution.Work with manufacturing partners to support tooling development, first article inspection, and ramp-up.Contribute to failure analysis of mechanical components and systems.Thermal Engineer
Design, analyze, and optimize thermal management solutions for serversPerform CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations and thermal modeling.Develop and execute thermal test plans, conduct experiments in a lab environment andanalyze results.
Collaborate with other member of design team to integrate thermal solutions.Select and qualify thermal components and materials.Investigate and resolve thermal issues found during development or in the field.System Test Engineer
Design, develop, and maintain test scripts and frameworks using languages such as Python, Shell scriptingDevelop test plans and test cases based on product specifications and design documents forserver systems.
Execute automated and manual tests for server hardware components (motherboards, CPUs,memory, storage, networking) and firmware (BIOS, BMC).
Analyze test results, identify, document, and track defects, and ensure timely resolution.Set up and maintain test environments and lab infrastructure.Contribute to the development of internal test tools and utilities.BOM Engineer
Create, review, and release BOMs in ERP / PLM systems, ensuring data accuracy andcompleteness.
Manage Eng'g Change Notice for design revisions, part substitutions, or processimprovements.
Resolve BOM discrepancies and align with design drawings, specifications, andmanufacturing requirements.
Assist production teams in troubleshooting BOM-related issues.Assist in needed laboratory setup, validation and testing.Perform logistical activity of procurement of R&D supplies and equipment maintenance.Perform administrative function such as organizing R&D team meetings, training sessions, and events.Engineering Parts Custodian
Manage control receiving, issuance and storage of engineering parts and accessories.Maintain accurate inventory levels, and records of status and location of all Test FRUs, test
accessories (e.g., cables, power supplies, interface cards) and test parts (e.g. CPUs, RAM,
SSDs for testing purposes).
Implement clear labeling and category for all items.Ensure proper environmental conditions (e.g. ESD safety) are maintained for sensitivecomponents.
Assist in the disposal or retirement of obsolete or unserviceable engineering assets.Assist in needed laboratory setup, validation and testing.Job Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, ComputerEngineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in hardware design, development, or validation, preferably in PC,server, or complex embedded systems.
Understanding of computer architecture, high-speed digital design principles, and powerdelivery networks.
Strong programming / scripting skills (e.g., Python, C / C++, Shell scripting) in Linux orWindows Server)
Experience with test methodologies, test plan creation, and defect tracking systems (e.g.Bugzilla).
Experience with FEA / CAD / Simulation related tools (e.g., Cadence / Allegro, SolidWorks,Creo, FloTHERM).
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis tools.Knowledge of thermal management considerations in mechanical design.Experience specifically with Intel Xeon or AMD EPYC server architectures.
