Job Description

The Call Center Sales Agent is responsible for achieving call center metrics and driving sales e‑commerce revenue for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Call Center Sales Agent responsible for achieving call center metrics and driving sales e‑commerce revenue for clients.
  • Assist customers in purchasing client products online, by walking them step‑by‑step through a purchase, or building a custom cart and sending the link to the customer for purchase.
  • When the customer is unable to purchase online, create a sales lead in CRM to be serviced by the sales team.
  • Triage support and billing inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate channels.

Basic Skill Requirements

  • Understanding of technology industry.
  • Call center experience.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Preferred Skill Requirements

  • Experience as a sales representative in a call center environment.
  • Direct SaaS / Cloud / Platform selling experience.
  • Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience.
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of solution‑selling techniques.
  • Language and Work Requirements

    Local JLPT N1 equivalent, or native Japanese. English at least B1 since 60‑70% queue in English, while 30‑40% queue in Japanese.

    At least 1 year experience in BPO CS or sales.
