The Call Center Sales Agent is responsible for achieving call center metrics and driving sales e‑commerce revenue for clients.
Responsibilities
- Call Center Sales Agent responsible for achieving call center metrics and driving sales e‑commerce revenue for clients.
- Assist customers in purchasing client products online, by walking them step‑by‑step through a purchase, or building a custom cart and sending the link to the customer for purchase.
- When the customer is unable to purchase online, create a sales lead in CRM to be serviced by the sales team.
- Triage support and billing inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate channels.
Basic Skill Requirements
Understanding of technology industry.Call center experience.Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.Preferred Skill Requirements
Experience as a sales representative in a call center environment.Direct SaaS / Cloud / Platform selling experience.Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience.Salesforce CRM experience preferred.Knowledge of solution‑selling techniques.Language and Work Requirements
Local JLPT N1 equivalent, or native Japanese. English at least B1 since 60‑70% queue in English, while 30‑40% queue in Japanese.
NO WORK‑FROM‑HOME option provided.
At least 1 year experience in BPO CS or sales.
