Overview
The Data and Platform Manager is responsible for collecting and maintaining high-quality customer data across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia (MSI), as well as managing related platforms such as Veeva, CEESA, and others. Related to this, the data and platform manager will also support the implementation of Business Analytics & Insights, Forecasting Excellence, Pricing and supporting Operation Unit (OPU) in preparation for Business Planning and Reviews.
Responsibilities
- Maintain quality of Customer Data in Veeva – perform periodic data maintenance and ensure veracity of new uploads
- Timely and accurate update of Sell Out data to support Engage Analytics
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of all Sales Performance Reports, ranging from Sales vs Target to SFE KPIs, as required by Business Segments
- Timely and accurate Ceesa report
- Support Commercial Excellence Lead in driving Business Analytics, Forecasting, Pricing and any other ad hoc CE related topics
- Support on customer engagement channel integration, CLM, digital content creation and customer portals, provide guidance on building content based on unique customer preference and needs
- Assist Sales and Training department in administrative matters
About Our Future Employee
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Engineering, Data Management, Computer Science, or related fieldsThree years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, or other commercial rolesPreferably having experience in driving CRM adoption and other sales toolsProficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)Data-driven decision-making (leveraging tools and analytics to understand trends, performance, and customer behaviour)Digital and technology awareness (familiarity with automation tools to streamline processes)Project management skillsNote : This is a contract role with a duration of 1 year.
