Your Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that align with business strategies and goals
- Write and maintain detailed functional specifications for custom programs
- Perform SAP Configuration
- Create test cases and perform testing
- Provide post go‑live support, including root cause analysis / resolution of process issues
- Ensure the security and compliance of the application and keep legal and internal regulations
- Build professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, supports for development of business possibilities and for personal development
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client business needs and industry trends.
- Develop and deliver technical training and workshops, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the department.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Business Analysis : Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.Accounting & Finance Knowledge : A solid understanding of accounting principles and practicesSAP FICO : Extensive on‑hand experience with the SAP FICO module, particularly the Project Systems PS component, SAP S / 4HANACommunication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business users and technical teamsProblem‑solving : Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issuesAnalytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess business needs and propose effective solutionsPreferred Technical And Professional Experience
