Senior HVAC Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanResponsible for the stable operation of the air circulation system within the data center equipment room, including : Airflow management : ensure unobstructed supply and return airflow within the equipment room, and participate in optimizing the airflow organization plan. Ventilation system : ensure overall ventilation and air exchange within the equipment room. Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and replacement of all levels of precision air conditioner filters; monitor fan operational status. Monitor room temperature and humidity levels, ensuring strict compliance with standard requirements. Provide 24 / 7 response to water and air system alarms and faults, quickly identify issues, and implement effective corrective actions. Strictly execute emergency plans; in cases of chiller failure, pipe leakage, etc., promptly activate backup solutions to protect IT load safety. Participate in root cause analysis of failures, prepare reports, and implement corrective measures. Accurately and completely record daily inspections, maintenance, repairs, and operating data. Manage and maintain the inventory of spare parts. Assist supervisors in infrastructure optimization, renovation, and expansion projects, provide technical advice and participate in implementation. Associate degree or higher in HVAC, refrigeration, power engineering, building environment and equipment engineering, or related fields. Over 2 years of experience in O&M of HVAC systems in data centers, large commercial buildings, or industrial plants. Data center experience preferred. Familiar with working principles, operation, and repair of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, precision air conditioning, etc. Basic knowledge of water treatment and ability to read system diagrams (P&IDs, HVAC drawings). Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, ability to work under pressure, and adapt to 24 / 7 shift rotation. Strong safety awareness, sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
Water System Operation and Maintenance
- Responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, inspection, and maintenance of all water-cooling systems in the data center, including but not limited to :
- Chilled water system : chillers, cooling towers, pumps, make-up water pressure regulation devices, water treatment systems, valves, and piping.
- Temperature and humidity control system : precision air conditioning coils, humidifiers, drainage systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance and regular servicing plans for water systems, such as cleaning cooling towers, replacing filters, and testing water quality.
- Monitor system operating parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc.), and make timely adjustments to ensure optimal system performance.
- Responsible for water treatment management, including water quality testing, dosing water treatment chemicals, and preventing scaling, corrosion, and microbial growth.
