Responsibilities

• Establish the best service procedures (vehicle, engine, transmission) for PROTON Workshop Manual.
• Carry out technical study on serviceability issues with PROTON consultants, engineers and vendors.
• Perform actual serviceability assessment on vehicle.
• Carry out benchmark and ownership cost study on spare parts requirement with PPCSB, PESB, consultant and DRE.
• Ensure service special tools, development and delivery are within time and budget.
• Systematically plan & prepare based on evaluated performance, lesson learn & result, technical and commercial sense oriented and ability to make decision based on overall business scenario.
• Reporting / Presenting : Provide regular NPDS status updates during NDS Milestone & Gateway and any issues or delays to management as and when required.
• Liaise with Proton core diagnostic tool team to carry out joint development with Proton internal system engineers and Geely representative for latest tool features for new models.
• To coordinate updated diagnostic software verification activity with actual car prior to release to After Sales users.
• Ensure diagnostic readiness align with NDS deliverable to meet After Sales new product introduction dateline.
• Liaise with Proton workshop and owner\'s manuals core team to provide After Sales with best and high accuracy serviceable data.
• Work closely with engineering teams and after sales team (Domestic and export market) to implement any necessary information changes to meet vehicle service requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with Project Team (Proton & GRI), Corporate Quality, GTP, Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, ISD & PPSCB to ensure smooth processes.
