T&T Senior Consultant - Workday HCM Functional / Data - MY / ID / TH / PH

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype system development, and assist the client in testing.
• Help the client convert legacy data into Workday.
• Support Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations.
• Apply Workday’s medium‑enterprise implementation methodology on all engagements.
• Mentor new consultants.
• Ensure the client is reference‑able once in production.
• Participate in update training and other events to share implementation best practices and product knowledge with other consultants.
