Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA .
  • Expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful API development .
  • Frontend experience with Angular / React / Vue.js .
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of insurance domain systems / processes preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) .
  • Minimum 5+ years of full-stack development experience .

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with focus on Java-based back-end systems, microservices, and APIs .
  • Collaborate with business analysts and insurance domain experts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Build, test, and deploy microservices that integrate with internal and external APIs.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with insurance industry standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI / UX, DevOps, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.

    • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
