Three Peaks International is actively seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst to support the expansion of its offshore credit operations. The role is integral to our middle-office delivery team, assisting with the assessment and processing of complex commercial and residential loan applications for the Australian financial market.

This is not a static role — we are looking for a successful candidate who brings not only technical credit knowledge but also leadership potential . The position offers a strong possibility to promotional review for Operations Manager should the requirements and performance-based targets are met. The Operations Manager role requires the candidate to travel in Australia on a periodic basis to oversee all team and work with Managing Director and Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end preparation of Commercial & Complex Residential Loan Applications

Basic to intermediate Excel modelling and financial data analysis

Lender and credit policy research across multiple Australian banks and non-bank lenders

Draft scenarios and workshop summaries for credit presentations

Prepare detailed emails and letters of advice

Conduct due diligence on personal and business entities

Perform credit and financial statement analysis

Manage and adapt various credit and feasibility models including :

Standard & Customised Serviceability Calculators

Lease Doc (Commercial Property Investment)

Property Development Feasibility Models (Simple to Complex)

Three-way Cash Flow Forecasting

Leveraged Buyout (LBO) Models

Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Analysis

Maintain precise document and file management systems

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a financially literate, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality credit work. Ideal candidates may include :

Accountants with 2–3 years’ experience

Experienced bankers, credit managers, or credit analysts

Professionals seeking a career shift into the Australian financial services industry

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals ; CA or CPA qualification highly regarded

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proactive problem solver with strong analytical acumen

Service and client-oriented mindset

High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and deliver quality output

Unwavering integrity and trustworthiness

Preferred Attributes (Nice to Have)

Exposure to or strong interest in Australian business culture

Previous experience supporting Australian credit or lending teams

Familiarity or affinity with small business or property development sectors

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Must have a laptop / PC with functional and clear webcam for interview and meetings

Strong and stable internet connection - at least 100-200 Mbps and back up incase of emergency
