Salary Range : RM4000 – RM5000

Working Location : Senai JB

Company Background : Hardware Company (MNC)

Working Hours : 8am – 5pm (Mon – Fri)

Job Scopes

• Supervise all company’s general administrative functions
• Handles all training-related matters
• Procure and manage office & pantry supplies, sundries, stationery, office equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), etc.
• In-charge of office facilities management including operation related maintenance and contracts matters
• Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against tasks completed before submitting for timely payment to vendors
• Assist in all aspects of Company's accredited standards' policies and procedures – ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22301, ISO37001 and ISO45001, including but not limited to, updating and provision of information, issuance of applicable reports and providing training.
• Manage company’s accreditation programs with regards to maintenance of quality records and ISO management programs
• Handle ISO document control process to ensure documentation is up-to-date, organising / coordinating company events and activities
• Performs any other ad‑hoc duties, as and when assigned by superior
