Responsibilities
Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures.
Responsible for e-commerce operational tasks, including product listing within our e-commerce platform, process order, follow up returns, campaign planning and management, reporting, etc.
Evaluate and analyze the campaign performance and identify the opportunity to increase conversion.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Liaise with marketing team to build effective online strategy and drive traffic to store
Performs administrative and division support activities
Aim to achieve division monthly gross profit target as set by the Management.
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
Possess working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently, take full responsibility and work with minimum supervision.
Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
Positive attitude, self-motivated, committed.
