Executive – Customer Support role at RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD

Position

Executive – Customer Support (Japanese Monolingual or Japanese / English Bilingual)

Job Scope

  • Handle customer inquiries from clients using our services in Japan through phone calls and chat.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate and follow up on complex issues as necessary.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and issues.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Japanese (monolingual) or Japanese and English (bilingual).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
  • Working Hours

    24-hour rotational shift with 2 days off

    Work Location

    Ara Damansara office (onsite only)
