The role leads operational excellence, digital transformation, and sustainable growth across overseas plants as part of ongoing global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Shape and execute operational strategies for international manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and market trends.
• Operational Excellence : Develop and enhance production management systems, implementing best-in-class methodologies such as Lean and Smart Manufacturing to achieve efficiency, standardization, and digitalization.
• Production Oversight : Lead the planning and execution of production activities across global factories, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
• Team Development : Build, inspire, and manage high-performing, cross-cultural teams. Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and incentive programs to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with R&D, Sales, Procurement, and other key functions to resolve challenges and ensure seamless operations.
• Innovation & Improvement : Monitor industry trends and technological advancements, driving continuous improvement and innovation in production processes and technologies.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in workplace safety and employee well-being.
