Retail Operations Associate – 2026 Graduate Intake

Participate in key retail functions including new product launches, store setup, and inventory management
Learn and support operational tasks such as budget control, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement
Conduct market research to understand local consumer behavior and competitive dynamics, providing insights to improve retail performance
Master data analysis tools, RMS systems, and other operational platforms to manage field activities effectively
Assist in team motivation and performance management, contributing to employee development and store success

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; preference given to Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields

Strong interest in the retail industry, with a willingness to start from the ground up and grow into a retail management role

Excellent learning agility, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Proactive mindset with a high sense of responsibility and execution

Proficient in English for daily work communication; fluency in Chinese is an added advantage
