Penerangan pekerjaanMalaysian citizens only. 3–4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or appointment setting. Background in insurance, property, or financial services preferred. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus. Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently from home. Base salary : RM 3,500 – 4,500 / month (based on experience). Performance incentives for qualified meetings and successful deals. Typical total monthly earnings : RM 5,000 – 6,000+. Flexible remote work environment with clear goals and ongoing support. Transparent growth path. Proven performers can advance to senior sales roles.

The Role
This is a remote, full-time position for an experienced Sales Development Representative. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients : engaging, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The role suits someone who thrives on conversation, persistence, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients and build interest in our marketing solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments with decision-makers.
- Keep accurate notes and updates in the company’s CRM.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects and internal teams.
