We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Penang. You will be responsible for growing sales of SMT or semiconductor equipment and solutions, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is technically knowledgeable and experienced in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and market share targets for SMT or semiconductor products.
  • Identify new customers and grow existing accounts through strong relationship management.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in SMT or semiconductor industries.
  • Strong understanding of SMT or semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Existing relationships with customers in the SMT or semiconductor sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with a strong results orientation.
  • Willingness to travel within Penang and regionally as needed.
