Drive the Sales and High Standard of Customer Service
Maintaining and upholding the company's image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times.Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales and customer service whilst providing excellent service experience to customers.Work to hit personal sales and other store target.Execute sales strategies and action plans provided by brand teamIntroduce and effectively promote right product to new and existing clients.Communicate with Store Manager to build sales, teamwork and handle customer complaints.Assist on brand recycling program.Maintain Best Retail Standards
Perform store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance with company SOPs.Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.Ensure visual merchandising are implemented efficiently.Working together with Managers to manage inventory and minimize stock lossesReporting
