Position : IT Recruiter

Employment Type : 12-month renewable contract based on performance

Location : TRX, Kuala Lumpur

Working Arrangement : Onsite, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours in MY time : 9AM - 6PM

About the Role

We are hiring an IT Recruiter for a top global software company to manage end-to-end technical recruitment and partner closely with hiring managers. This role requires at least 3 years of IT recruitment experience, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing, networking, and community engagement.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and compliance with company policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.
