Senior Recruiter

Overview

Join a high performing and best‑in‑class Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter and help us drive end‑to‑end recruitment for Commercial roles supporting a Food and Beverage company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end‑to‑end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience. Not required but glad to have a Mandarin speaking recruiter as most of the roles will be liaised in China.

What you’ll do :

• Deliver across the entire end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle. Preferred to have background in volume recruitment and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best‑in‑class recruitment process.
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement.
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools.
