Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and scale a diverse Commercial team comprising Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success professionals.
  • Drive revenue growth through sales-driven strategies, pipeline management, and enterprise / government partnerships .
  • Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, and customer success functions to ensure seamless partner engagement and retention.
  • Develop robust KPIs, reward systems, and sales processes to accelerate performance.
  • Build trusted, C-suite level relationships and act as a strategic advisor to partners.
  • Oversee the consulting team in delivering market insights, thought leadership, and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape organisational strategy and align commercial objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven leadership in consultative B2B sales / business development (enterprise / government focus ideal).
  • Strong people management skills , with experience leading diverse teams across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing, sales-driven teams and inspire them to exceed targets.
  • Track record of engaging C-suite stakeholders and closing complex deals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with solid business acumen and strategic thinking .
  • Experience in professional services, corporate learning, consulting, or digital / tech sectors will be an advantage.
