Customer Service Representative Japanese Speaker

IntelliPro, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Position Type : Contract 12 months (Renewable)

Location : KL Sentral

Salary Range : up to RM 7,500

Working Hours : 7AM-4PM / 11AM-8PM (No night shift)

Working Days : Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex customer support cases escalated from our BPO partner teams and internal channels.
  • Provide exceptional support to users and partners via phone and messaging, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses into escalated issues to identify root causes and report findings and potential solutions to your Team Lead.
  • Propose and help implement improvements to support policies and logic to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Identify and suggest operational improvements to optimize internal workflows and team productivity.

Requirements

  • SPM or above
  • Bilingual Proficiency : Business-level fluency in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English (written and verbal) for handling Japanese market.
  • Able to start on Dec
  • No prior experience is needed; training provided
