Finance Analyst (Trade Support)

Penerangan pekerjaanDaily contract document reception / issuing monitoring & signature follow-up Daily price fixation input in the Front system and price fixation note management Regular contract finalization in the Front system Invoicing & Cash management Daily Secondary cost invoice booking Daily payment request issuing Daily cash collection monitoring (ensure timely payment reception, monitor unmatched invoices, report cash received) and data update in the Front system Stock data management Daily / Weekly warehouse report upload in Front system Stock reconciliation against warehouse receipts Stock declaration to insurance Client service management Ability to extract, organize, analyze and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant to control business Ability to understand and act following process and procedures in an accurate and timely matter Ability to work with strict daily deadlines Ability to strive for continuous improvement Excel proficiency and ability to adapt to new IT systems (prerequisite) English fluent (prerequisite) Self-starter with ability to work independently and to take initiatives Very good attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player Opportunities for professional development and career growth. Overview
The SBS Commercial Service Line function provides operational support for the Domestic & International Supply chain. The scope of this function includes contract management and related master data requests, commercial invoicing, cash management, stock data reconciliation & declaration and client service management.

- Contract management
Daily trade confirmation monitoring & reconciliation (completeness / coherence check)
Daily Goods invoice issuing
Stock insurance declaration (declaration of stocks)
Administrative counterparty request management (payment status, contract & invoice documents, account statement reconciliation)
Profile
Problem solving
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply chain or related field
Experience
Professional experience (minimum 3 years) in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply chain, or Other within an international trading environment.
