Penerangan pekerjaanResponsible for the professional payroll service delivery for outsourced clients Manage a small, diverse HK Payroll Team to meet requirements such as timelines, quality, and costs, ensuring tasks are completed on time and error‑free Review HK Payroll Team's work including payroll calculation, social security, billing and invoicing, year‑end tax adjustment, etc. Drive operational excellence within the HK Payroll Team to meet SLA requirements Act as an escalation point to resolve issues and provide advice to the HK Payroll Team and clients Raise relevant quality issues that may impact delivery and streamline decision‑making processes where possible Run governance and reporting schedules with stakeholders on a monthly basis Work closely with the global project team on new client onboarding projects Perform any other ad‑hoc duties and projects assigned by management In‑depth understanding of end‑to‑end HK payroll processing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines Above 5 years of experience in Hong Kong payroll processing Experience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services is advantageous Ability to manage high‑volume payroll processing in a fast‑paced environment Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS, and strong attention to numbers Action‑oriented, detail‑minded, and organized Fluent spoken English; foreign language proficiency is an advantage
