Inventory & Stock Control Executive

Overview

Position : Inventory & Stock Control Executive (Entry Level) What You’ll Be Doing

Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing stock for event rental items, tent components, and fabric materials. Create a simple, standardized system for stock control and reporting. Conduct regular stock counts and highlight any discrepancies. Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as : Recording Touch ’n Go (TNG) toll usage for our fleet of 6 lorries. Tracking fuel purchases for each vehicle. Working closely with operations, purchasing, and rental teams to keep records accurate and up to date. What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged). 1 year experience in inventory & stock control. Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, SQL Accounting Software or other basic inventory tools. Good with numbers, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Positive attitude and ability to suggest improvements to current processes. What We Offer
