Responsibilities

• Provide solutioning design and play a crucial role in guiding the product team in implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot complex incidents and provide timely resolutions.
• Manage, propose and implement production security changes to support global availability of key DHL Group services.
• Apply generative AI and machine learning concepts to drive business intelligence solutions.
• Lead architecture design for data analytics, AI, and business intelligence applications.
