Job Purpose

To contribute and ensure that individual sales targets for the year are met.
To participate in all sales activities organized by the bank and actively seek sales opportunities through roadshows, events, and door-to-door marketing.

Accountability

To meet the monthly targets of credit card approval, card activation, and balance transfer, as set by management.

To participate in any roadshow or sales activities organized by the bank for card acquisition.

Actively acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers and cross-sell other bank products where appropriate.

Ensure all sales are conducted face-to-face, with proper customer verification to prevent fraudulent applications.

Comply with FSA / iFSA 2013, PDPA 2010, AMLATFPUAA 2014, and other relevant guidelines.

Maintain the bank's code of ethics.
