We are a well-established and growing F&B group known for our artisanal bakery brands and innovative dining experiences. With a strong presence in the region and plans for strategic expansion, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven CEO or COO to handle the entire Malaysia market. Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and team leadership within the Malaysian market, with a deep understanding of local consumer behavior, regulations, and market dynamics.

The Role

As CEO or COO, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and ensuring smooth operational execution across all business units—primarily bakery and food service operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the F&B industry, particularly in bakery operations, and a track record of scaling businesses profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.

Operational Excellence : Oversee end-to-end operations, including production, supply chain, retail, and foodservice.

Brand Development : Strengthen brand equity and lead innovation in product and concept development.

Financial Performance : Drive profitability and efficiency through cost control, productivity improvement, and margin optimization.

Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Business Expansion : Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and M&A.

Requirements

Proven experience as CEO, COO, or senior leadership in the F&B or bakery industry in Malaysia.

Handle the entire Malaysia market such JB, KL and Penang

Must have strong connections with Landlords.

Lead boldly and expand rapidly.

Deep knowledge of bakery production, foodservice operations, and consumer food trends.

Strong business acumen and financial literacy.

Demonstrated success in scaling brands and managing multi-unit operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
