Process & Project Engineer

Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for new process development and process improvement.
• Update and maintain processing and production standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Develop and optimize standard operating procedures to achieve technical consistency and process reliability
• Provide engineering support to trouble shoot and resolve technical, process and quality-related issues
• Carry out process optimization studies to achieve operating cost reduction by improving quality, productivity and reducing wastages.
• Lead and manage manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to project timeline, budgets and quality standards. Able to communicate with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals related to project execution.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems
• Ensure that quality systems are effectively implemented and maintained within the process engineering and quality assurance functions.
• Lead and coordinate with variance department to optimize energy consumption.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency.
