Currently, we have an opportunity for an experienced Process Engineer with a minimum of five years of working experience with polymers to join our Polymers group in the Kuala Lumpur Technology Center. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur and may require overseas business travels based on business needs. The role will require flexibility to work across different time zones.
What you will do
If successful, you will take a leading role in developing and implementing process engineering improvement ideas for polyolefins and elastomer finishing processes including extrusion, pelletization, solids handling, devolatization, wet rubber finishing, and packaging operations. You will establish robust tools for polymer sites to identify and advance improvement ideas for their finishing units, prioritize projects, and support business decisions. We are expanding our group's expertise in finishing process technology, such as polyolefins finishing and elastomer finishing, finishing process optimization, and the use of tools like process simulation / modeling to enhance the finishing process. We are looking for minimum of five years experienced individuals who will play a key role in the process engineering related task.
