About the role

As a Sales Assistant at METRO PREMIUM STEEL SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our premium steel retail store located in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will see you interacting directly with customers, assisting them in selecting the right products and ensuring their needs are met.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting customers in navigating the store and finding the products they require
• Providing detailed information about our premium steel products, including specifications, features and benefits
• Demonstrating product usage and features to customers
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment
• Restocking shelves and keeping inventory organised
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer queries or concerns
