Roles & Responsibility :

  • Handle daily enquiries via phone, email and live chat in an efficient manner.
  • To be the verifier for account onboarding and process the applications globally for bank account opening through online video verification.
  • Explain banking concepts and product features to clients.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues brought up by customers.
  • Consolidate feedback, while seek to improve service quality and user experience of iFAST Global Bank portal or mobile app.
  • Undertake special assignments, and ad-hoc duties required by supervisors.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the given time frame and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements :

  • Good command of Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
  • At least diploma in any disciplines.
  • Prior experience in a contact centre environment is encouraged to apply.
  • Customer oriented with good listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as adapt / respond to different types of inquiries.
  • Candidate graduate with Banking and Finance or equivalent background will have an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shift based and according to UK hours.
