Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Handle payroll support, leave tracking, and attendance monitoring.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, handling queries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and probation reviews.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced environment.Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practises.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.Required Skills :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Able to handle sensitive information confidentially.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
