Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Handle payroll support, leave tracking, and attendance monitoring.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees, handling queries and resolving issues.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and probation reviews.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
