About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and forward-thinkingFunctional Consultantwith strong expertise inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)and provenpresales experience. The ideal candidate will have3–5 years of ERP functional consulting experienceand a passion for helping clients transform their operations through technology.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across bothconsulting and presales functions, engaging directly with clients to design, implement, and deliver impactful business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Presales
- Collaborate with the sales team on presales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and responses to RFPs / RFIs.
- Understand client business needs and propose tailored Business Central solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Develop solution proposals, scoping documents, and Statements of Work (SOW).
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with clients to gather and document business requirements across finance, supply chain, inventory, and reporting functions.Translate business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and map them against BC capabilities.Solution Design & Configuration
Configure and customize Business Central modules to meet client requirements while adhering to industry best practices.Work closely with technical teams to support integrations, customizations, and reporting needs.Ensure solution design supports efficient accounting, finance, and operational processes.Project Delivery & Implementation
Manage and support the full project lifecycle — from design and configuration to testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post‑implementation support.Monitor project deliverables to ensure on‑time, within‑scope, and high‑quality outcomes.Document and manage change requests, ensuring proper alignment with client expectations.Testing, Training & Support
Develop and execute UAT test cases with clients.Conduct end‑user training sessions and prepare comprehensive training materials.Provide proactive post‑implementation support and ensure client satisfaction.Continuous Learning & Collaboration
Stay updated with the latest features and developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the wider Dynamics ecosystem.Recommend new technologies and practices to enhance client solutions and internal processes.Collaborate with team members and mentor junior consultants when required.Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) .Proven presales experience , including client demos, proposal preparation, and solution presentations.Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and business process workflows.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning and technology innovation.Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.Why Join Us?
