Penerangan pekerjaanResponsibility for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping SAP System compliance all the time – ensure all reports are live files and updated by your subordinates before starting. Plan, organized, directed, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers' expectations Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping Allocate resources effectively and thoroughly utilize assets to produce optimal results Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus Degree in any Food / Manufacturing / Mechanical engineering discipline or relevant. Minimum 7-10 years of working experience in Food Production Planning and Manager role in Production operations. Able to read and speak in Mandarin. Good leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal skills. Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. Self-Starter and a good team player. Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
