Job Scope :
Responsibility for production output, product quality, and on-time shippingSAP System compliance all the time – ensure all reports are live files and updated by your subordinates before starting.Plan, organized, directed, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers' expectationsIncrease production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standardsBe responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shippingAllocate resources effectively and thoroughly utilize assets to produce optimal resultsImplement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focusRequirement :
Degree in any Food / Manufacturing / Mechanical engineering discipline or relevant.Minimum 7-10 years of working experience in Food Production Planning and Manager role in Production operations.Able to read and speak in Mandarin.Good leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal skills.Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.Self-Starter and a good team player.Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision"We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
