Senior Finance and Account Executive – ACCA Careers

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day operational management of the accounts department.
• General Ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable maintenance.
• Prepare full set of accounts for Mazars Malaysia and Mazars clients.
• Manage key transaction work streams with Mazars Asia Pacific and former Moores Rowland.
• Prepare annual financial budget, cash flow forecast, cost analysis and monthly financial management reports.
• Monitor and reconcile all balance sheet items and control accounts.
• Coordinate financial budget or projection and performance targets.
• Work closely with Directors, Managers and staff on finance operations including timely collection of audit fees.
• Liaise with external auditor and tax experts regarding statutory reporting and tax submission.
• Assist Assistant Finance & Account Manager on ad‑hoc work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
