Specification Sales

Overview

Role Focus : To specify, sell and promote products in the construction industry by canvassing builders, skim coat specialist, ceramic tilers, Consultants and Architects. To maintain existing accounts and to seek and develop new opportunities.

Main Tasks

• Maintain, develop and increase product sales / specification through constant market involvement.
• Direct customers will be waterproofing applicators. Sales of the products to builders will be through retailers
• Maintain contribution levels
• Service existing accounts by up-dating on products available, monitoring special needs and dealing with any problems
• Service existing accounts by up-dating on products available, monitoring special needs and dealing with any problems advantage over them
• Develop rapport with customers
• Develop new accounts within nominated territory, i.e.; cold canvass regularly
