• Developing and implementing creative, play-based lesson plans that align with the national preschool curriculum
• Providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth
• Effectively managing the classroom and ensuring the safety and well-being of students
• Conducting ongoing assessments and providing regular feedback to parents on student progress
• Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the preschool programme
• Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge Job Requirements
• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a preschool or childcare setting
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the preschool
