We are a Singapore-based engineering solutions company serving regional and international clients. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounting Assistant based in Johor Bahru to support our administrative and finance operations.
Hybrid Work Arrangement
- Primarily remote work from Johor Bahru
- Up to 2 days per week required at our Singapore office (transport allowance can be discussed)
- Working hours follow Singapore time : 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Perform general accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and petty cash managementAssist in preparing financial statements, reports, and supporting documentsMaintain and update accounting records using accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, Excel)Handle administrative duties such as filing, document control, and office supply coordinationSupport HR functions including attendance tracking, leave records, and staff claims processingLiaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, and other external partiesCarry out any ad-hoc duties assigned by managementRequirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may apply)Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantageGood command of English and MandarinExperience with ISO documentation, audit preparation, or quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is preferredDetail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionBased in Johor Bahru with willingness to travel to Singapore when requiredSalary Range
RM 2,500 – RM 3,200 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
