Summary
We're looking for a
Retention & Email Marketing Specialist
to lead our
email, WhatsApp, and retention marketing
efforts at BloomThis. You'll plan and execute campaigns, manage automated flows, and optimise performance through A / B testing and data analysis. The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience in email / retention marketing, strong analytical skills, and a creative mindset. This role is key to driving customer engagement, retention, and long-term value in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute BloomThis' email, WhatsApp, and loyalty marketing programs, including list creation / segmentation, layout design, link tagging, scheduling, and test setup
- Continuously improve retention KPIs : deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, opt-outs, revenue, lifetime value, and other business-specific goals
- Research and implement new strategies for email and retention marketing
- Develop and manage monthly email and WhatsApp marketing calendars
- Plan, build, and launch acquisition / lead-generation campaigns via email and WhatsApp
- Set up automated flows and lifecycle campaigns
- Create and execute weekly campaign blasts
- Conduct A / B testing to refine strategy and improve results
- Generate and analyze weekly / monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm product and campaign ideas
