Your Role

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of customer ECC management and complaint resolution techniques to meet customer excursion targets.
• Proficient in quality system compliance and effectiveness monitoring, including IATF and automotive customer certification requirements.
• Ability to lead and manage internal quality audits to ensure continuous system effectiveness.
• Skilled in coordinating training and certification programs for manufacturing specialists to support manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in managing plant process control, quality gates, and clean room standards to meet industry requirements.
• Experience establishing and managing incoming material quality monitoring and supplier quality audit programs.
• Ability to manage plant process change management systems to ensure compliance with automotive requirements.
• Strong capability in managing shopfloor quality engagement programs, including quality campaigns and manufacturing workcell activities.
• Technical Expertise :

Wafer fabrication process knowledge.
