Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Seremban for a Customer Insights and Engagement Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data to gain insights and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide tools and event support to outlets
  • Develop engagement strategies and manage events
  • Conduct market research and work closely with various teams to implement customer-centric initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer satisfaction focus
  • Experience in customer support and effective communication skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and market research
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare or pharmacy sector is a plus
