Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Define Monetization Strategy : Develop and execute a strategy to grow revenue streams, including advertising products, subscription services, and other monetization opportunities, while delivering value to users and sellers.
• Support Pro-Sellers : Design features and programs that help pro-sellers succeed on the platform, improving their visibility, efficiency, and sales performance.
• Drive Monetization Initiatives : Own the lifecycle of high-impact monetization initiatives, from ideation to execution and optimization.
• Leverage Data Insights : Use analytics and market insights to identify opportunities, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the success of monetization efforts.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to implement monetization strategies and ensure effective communication.
• Enhance User and Seller Experience : Balance revenue goals with creating meaningful and user-friendly experiences for buyers and sellers on the platform.
