What We're Looking For :

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Part II) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing involvement across all project phases - from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in design software including SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of construction methods and technical resolutions.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Solid knowledge of construction contract terms and experience in managing site works.
• Must possess own transport.
