The Role

Based in Malaysia, the Implementation Engineer manages providing ideal technical solutions for our clients. Working alongside the Onboarding Success Managers, this role designs technical implementation plans and proceeds integrations in the post‑sale phase. The Engineer should have a strong technical background, be able to resolve complex integrations, answer clients’ technical questions, and provide technical consulting services for prospects in the pre‑sale phase, collaborating with Sales.

What You’ll Do

• Be familiar with impact.com’s products and solutions.
• Communicate with clients’ technical teams and lead technical integrations.
• Troubleshoot during integrations.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Project Managers to push forward clients’ onboarding projects.
