Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / 'O' Level qualification in Accounting. Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. At least 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Self-motivated, high integrity, committed, and able to work independently. Positive attitude and good discipline. Proficient in computer skills. Knowledge of Auto Count Software is an advantage. Preferably able to start immediately. Chinese Female candidates preferred. Attractive bonus and salary increments. EPF & SOCSO contributions. Group insurance coverage. Annual leave entitlement. Job Responsibilities
- Familiar with AR & AP procedures and data entries.
- Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure financial statements and related reports are prepared accurately and promptly.
- Maintain accounts payable aging and reconcile vendor statements.
- Assist in issuing quotations, delivery notes, and invoices to dealers.
- Assist in arranging export documents such as packing lists.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
